I've always turned to Bablas for replacing my watch battery. This time around, I needed a full service for my watch, which I've owned for over 15 years. I had no clue about how complicated the process could be and didn’t pay attention to the advice from Bablas that was meant for several weeks. That was totally on me, but I kept reaching out to them, especially with my holiday coming up. The team really went above and beyond, and I got my watch back, fully serviced and looking fantastic, about 5 weeks ahead of schedule. I had a gold ring that had become quite thin over the years and ended up cracked in two spots, making it unwearable. I brought it to Babla's, and they provided me with a thorough rundown of what they could do, along with a quote. I agreed to the price, and I picked up my ring today. I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out!! Not only does the repair look flawless, but they also cleaned and polished it, making it shine like new. (It was a gift back in 1975). I highly recommend Babla's for their top-notch service and the quality of their work.

Fantastic customer support! I got a watchstrap that was nearly impossible to track down anywhere else. Placed my order online at 3 PM, and it showed up with first-class delivery the next morning. I definitely recommend Babla's.

I had a really awful time. Spent £40 to get a new strap for my watch, and it didn’t even last a day. It broke the very next day. I went back to the shop, and after 10 minutes of back and forth, the shopkeeper finally agreed to replace it. But guess what? The new strap snapped again on the same day. I’m baffled by the quality of these straps. £40 for something that doesn’t even hold up for a day is just ridiculous.

The communication was top-notch, and the watch arrived super well packed, just like they said it would. While it was with them, they cleaned and fixed it up. What’s not to love about that?
